Some great choices today. Quinoa toast with almond butter and a protein shake for breakfast, eggs and avocado for lunch, chicken with red peppers, zucchini and sweet potato for dinner… glad to see that all it took was a $250 grocery shop (yeesh!) to get us back on track :P

Breakfast! Eggs, kangaroo sausage (when in Rome…), avocado and leftover sweet potato sauteed with herbs and a bit of coconut oil :)
Dinner: a pile of chicken breast and half a sweet potato. It’s not pretty, but can you tell I’m back on the wagon? ;)
Basically the most hardcore bedtime snack ever. Leftover Christmas steak and sweet potatoes with cinnamon :)
